Yes, we do offer lawn maintenance! Lawn care is included, except for pet waste removal.

We offer 12 to 15-month leases. Most of our leases run with KSU's schedule.

Pets and other animals must be pre-approved. There are additional fees and pet rent depending upon size and breed. Please note that BLUEMONT VILLAS and APARTMENT 1220 are animal-free buildings. If you have questions regarding our pet policy, please contact us.

Bluemont Villas is paid by check or money order. All other properties are paid via auto-debit. We are unable to accept credit cards or peer-to-peer payment systems.

The utilities included (if any) can vary from property to property. We welcome you to view our properties here to review this more in detail. If you have questions, contact us!
