Bluemont Villas is paid by check or money order. All other properties are paid via auto-debit. We are unable to accept credit cards or peer-to-peer payment systems.

Please let us know of maintenance requests as soon as possible. You may complete a maintenance form from this website. For emergencies send a text to 785-477-3508.

Maintenance Form

Pets and other animals must be pre-approved. There are additional fees and pet rent depending upon size and breed. Please note that BLUEMONT VILLAS and APARTMENT 1220 are animal-free buildings. If you have questions regarding our pet policy, please contact us.

We offer 12 to 15-month leases. Most of our leases run with KSU's schedule.

Yes, we do offer lawn maintenance! Lawn care is included, except for pet waste removal.
