How long is the lease?
We offer 12 to 15-month leases. Most of our leases run with KSU's schedule.
Do you allow pets?
Pets and other animals must be pre-approved. There are additional fees and pet rent depending upon size and breed. Please note, BLUEMONT VILLA is an animal-free building.
Is lawn maintenance included?
Lawn care is included, except for pet waste removal.
How can I submit a maintenance request?
